Overall good. I called ahead and asked for an estimate as to how long the recalls that my car had would take. The person on the phone looked it up and estimated one hour, which made it possible with my work schedule to wait while they completed the service. When I got there, someone filled in for my service adviser as she was out for the day. She informed me that it could be 2.5-3 hours. She was more understanding when she learned that I had a work appt.Ultimately, they finished the service (3 hours) at the time I said I would need to leave, and it worked out. Check out was very fast and professional.The waiting area is very nice and the people who greet you as you drive in are professional and kind.

Joey Helenek is great to work with and one of the best I have worked with. He goes out of his way to make sure you’re taken care of as a client. I trust Joey with my car and making sure things are taken care of properly.
