In my 3 years of owning a Mercedes, i just had the best service experience, all thanks to my champion service advisor - Michael Ayres.My car had gone limp, had to get it towed to the dealership/service. He promptly called me, patiently heard about my issue and explained the next steps. He was even able to block a loaner for me by the next day.While it took a while for the part to arrive, he kept me updated throughout. Honestly, my previous 2 service experiences were not great, even prompting me to go as far as Clearwater and Wesley Chapel. But now, MB of Tampa it will be, with Mr. Ayres. Thank you so much!!
