There was a lot of delay during the service. No shuttle service was available either.But, Edson helped us as much as he could and was very communicative.

Had to drop car off twice due to needing 30k mile service, new tires and 4 recalls. Recalls took an extra day due I guess to software. Brian was very professional, knowledgeable and polite and kept me well informed throughout the process
