Dave Z always makes my experience exceptional. He checks in frequently and is ready to answer any questions I have. I could get my car serviced down the street at Clearwater Mercedes but I choose to go to Tampa because of Dave.

Excellent service and communication for this routine visit and fix for a minor issue under warranty. I always appreciate Shawna and her proactive communication!

I went in for my A service oil change, the wait time was as expected and my service advisor Jason was pleasant like always. My only complaint is when I received my car back it looked as if someone had taken a dirty wet rag and wiped it down! It made my black vehicle look messy and dirty!! I would think that after paying upwards of $300 plus for an oil change the least they could do is properly WASH my car!!! Embarrassing driving a dirty looking Mercedes, do better!!

Shawna is superb as always. She is always helpful, responsive, and his outstanding knowledge of the brand. Won’t go anywhere else and I have recommended her to others.

Every time I take my car in for a single discrete issue, I’m given a list of 10 things that need fixed, costing a fortune. I’m done using your service department if I can avoid it.

My appointment was at 10am. I was bringing my sprinter motorhome in to have th3 fuel filter and four rear valve stems replaced. At most 2-3 hr job for both items. At 1:15pm my unit was finally brought into the shop. I had been there for 3 hrs and 15 min before work was started. At 4;30 pm i finally went to check with the service advisor to see what was going on. He called down to the shop and they said my unit would be ready in 30 min. At 5pm the service advisor came to tell me the mechanic broke the oil leak line when replacing the fuel filter. He said i had 2 options. 1. Take a loaner car and pick up my unit the next day. 2. Wait until 6:30 when my unit was supposed to be ready. I opted for option 1 as i had been at the dealership for 7 hours at this point and had not eaten since breakfast. I was very tired and had a long drive home through rush hour traffic. There is a lot of things i can say about this experience, most of them not civil. I will just leave it at this was no way to treat a customer. I never expected to wait 7 hours and my unit still not ready. I don’t know who dropped the ball but at the very least i should have been informed early on the shop was running behind and it may take longer. If it weren’t for the loaner car i would give just 1 star.
