Was somewhat disappointed this time. Was glad that I was able to get in the next day for service. Waited over two hours for status of vehicle service. Could not use the texted link because mechanic didn’t update anything. Service advisor didn’t keep in touch with me or mechanic. When I asked the advisor to explain the work to me, he just read it off of the report. Car wash wasn’t even working, but I was told that I could come back in a couple of weeks and get a wash. There would be a new car wash operating. Only good thing was that the work was under warranty…. And free!

This was a 180 from our last transaction with MB OF TB in June, 2023. Our recent experience with Alex and Gavin was enjoyable. Alex is a wonderful salesperson and we appreciate his sincere approach and follow through. Gavin had the as agreed financial package ready and it was easily executed. Alex was upfront about the windshield chip situation and we expect the replacement will go smoothly.

Efficient, informative, professional. First class treatment. Service writer Jazeel Kahn was exceptional. Explained everything in advance, gave me updates, and gave me an overnight loaner when proper service needed more time and evaluation.
