I had an extremely hard time getting quality service for an OEM front windshield replacement at various Mercedes Dealerships in the Tampa area. Fortunately, I called Mercedes Benz of Tampa, and it was an easy process. I started the replacement process with Trey. Trey provided me with outstanding service while working with my insurance company. This was the 1st time I visited this dealership, and I received an exceptional service experience from Tasha L in the service department. Tasha L. provided me with awesome customer service. Although, I came in for a windshield replacement, Tasha L. recommended that my annual maintenance be completed while the windshield was being replaced so I would not have to make another trip to the dealership. I brought my vehicle to the service department on Thursday morning, and it was ready for pickup on Friday afternoon. The service was super quick and professional. I drove my vehicle home on a rainy day, and the OEM windshield does not have any leaks from water or wind. This was the fastest turnaround time I have received at any Mercedes dealership. Thank you, Mercedes, Tasha L, and Trey.

Dave Z always makes my experience exceptional. He checks in frequently and is ready to answer any questions I have. I could get my car serviced down the street at Clearwater Mercedes but I choose to go to Tampa because of Dave.

I went in for my A service oil change, the wait time was as expected and my service advisor Jason was pleasant like always. My only complaint is when I received my car back it looked as if someone had taken a dirty wet rag and wiped it down! It made my black vehicle look messy and dirty!! I would think that after paying upwards of $300 plus for an oil change the least they could do is properly WASH my car!!! Embarrassing driving a dirty looking Mercedes, do better!!
