Everything was very good. The staff were very helpful.

As usual, my experience was wonderful with Mercedes. It would be nice to see complimentary sodas and bottled water for the customers. I don't drink coffee from the cantina there and every other Mercedes dealership I've visited had snacks, water, and sodas for the customers. Just something to consider.

I had to be out of town and needed a car, mine was in the shop but you came through for me. Great Service!!

It was fine. I was provided a car while mine was being repaired so it was really convenient.

The airport transfer service was great and efficient but as my car was stored there for a week and I requested that my car be washed, it wasn’t. Was a bit disappointed but as I had a long trip back from the plane I decided not to say anything.
