My sales consultant and service team were waiting for me when I arrived for my appointment. I was told that the car would be first in for the service it needed, so to my pleasant surprise, I could wait in the lounge while the work was performed. The hospitality in the lounge was terrific and the facilities clean and comfortable. The coffee outstanding too! The work was completed as promised and the car returned to me so I could go about my busy day. This was my first service experience at Mercedes of Tampa Bay and it was exceptional and exceeded my expectations. Great job by all involved! Thanks
