Great customer experience. Salesman was very professional but at the same time made you feel at home. Beautiful dealership with nice waiting area. Traveled 4 hours and it was well worth it.

I was overall happy with my experience at Mercedes of Tampa. My salesman was easy to deal with and we were able to come to terms quickly. The only slight negative was the amount of time I was left sitting around, resulting in a late departure during rush hour.

Overall the experience was excellent. Other than 3 days after the service a new Check Engine light surfaced. I'm beginning to wonder about what those are actually used for since mine spends more time on than off. Hmmm....
