Excellent service, all my issues were repaired

If it wasn’t for Brett Tatum... this score would be not even one star, he saw to it that I was charged the correct price for 4 new tires, and that the price quoted on the phone prior to purchasing them would be respected. Brett Tatum is the best part of dealing with Mercedes Benz of Tampa!

Fast, courteous and professional service

I went to another Mercedes dealership looking for a new S 560 they said they had on the lot. Was there for 30 min before anyone worked with me. The car they said they had they told me after I drive 65 miles was it wa not there. I used my iPhone to chat with a Mercedes if Tampa rep set a meet got there and received impeccable service by Julie who was very helpful and I was driving away in my new S560 a few hours later. Everyone stayed late to get it done. Super staff from sales, finance and service. Definitely moving my business to this dealership. Only want was I wish the lounge would have been open. 5 Stars ⭐️
