Took my E350 for a 40k service, Bob N. was my service advise, since it was my first time at this service center he made sure all my info was in the system and updated. He took the time to explain what will be done and how long it will take. Bob arrange for me to get a loaner and I explained to him that I would need to use more than the 150 miles allowed with the rental, he was able to accommodate my request without any hesitation. The dealership seems very organized and was able to inspect my vehicle and reach out to me within a few hours and let me know what needed to be done and if I was okay with the service needed, you have the option to decline service if you’re not interested. Upon my return to the dealership, the hand over process was so simple and quick I was in a out within 10 minutes. Bob knows what he’s doing and I can say he does an amazing job. Would definitely recommend these guys and will be back in the future for more service and purchase.
