They fixed issue promptly!

Agent is very pleasant, attentive, and expeditious. The waiting area needs to reflect the luxurious brand that Mercedes is, comfortable chairs that definitely should include massage chairs. Also, there should be a refrigerator full of free items for the customers instead of a sale area. Lexus has all of those mentioned above, at least the ones in Orlando.

Great customer service, timely and efficient.

Scheduled appointment for new battery. Arrived, hung out in the lounge with Kahwa coffee. Done in 90 minutes. Everybody was great. Not a cheap battery but it’s a Mercedes.

It was amazing from start to finish!!! I was impressed at every turn!! Hands down near experience in a dealership!! Team Mercedes Benz of Tampa!!!

Had Service B and brake flush. Service advisor was helpful and courteous. No issues. Everything checked out as this was a new pre owned Mercedes purchase and had service B performed at 37k miles and entire car checked out.
