Purchasing a car from 3000 miles away was a little concerning to me and Michael took excellent care of my questions and concerns. I have not received my title yet, so the process is not complete, but I have been extremely happy with the experience. Plus I LOVE the car.

Jesus in the service department and Mike in the parts department saved the day! We were headed out of town for Thanksgiving when I discovered a screw sticking out of the wall of my tire. We were pressed for time and almost rented a car, but I decided to call MB of Tampa to see if they had these tires in stock. Jesus and Mike had the new tire ready to go when I arrived. It took just a little over an hour t get the tire replaced, which I think is very quick for not having an appointment. I really appreciated that they understood my sense of urgency and got all over it for me. Thank you both very much!
