Our service advisor, Rick, was very helpful in making sure I was aware of how long the service appointment would take and was able to get the service completed within that time frame, exceeding expectations. He also offered to follow up with a call when it is time for my next service appointment.

I appreciate the loaner car. Thank you for the convenience it provided. My sub roof was left open..it was vented with the tray closed so I didn’t notice it. We had a heavy rain overnight & water leaked inside my car leaving a small stain on the headliner.

I was greated quickly and treated respectfully. Everyone was friendly and I did not feel any pressure. Alex Loura was my sales person who took great care of me, Shea and Sierra, product concierge reps took good care of me, and Jaden Batten, my service advisor is very helpful and responsive. The wait was too long! I had an appointment at 9 and it took 3 hours but had been told it would be about 1 1/2 hours.
