Very professional and quick but quality service

I totally enjoyed my experience at Mercedes-Benz of Tampa. I received my car back at the time I requested and it was washed and vacuumed. The service was excellent. My advisor was very professional and kept me informed.

I dropped my car off for a 10 o’clock appointment in the morning and I was out of the service shop at 10:20 with the rental car. Everyone at Mercedes Benz of Tampa Bay is extremely courteous and professional. I wouldn’t go anywhere else to have service done on my car.

As always, my Service Advisor Dan Willing, was welcoming, inquisitive of all of my concerns and provided exemplary attention.

I had a leak in my tire and they got me right in plus fit me in for the 1 year service at the same time. I got to enjoy a complimentary latte while I waited and got some work done. Great experience!
