We love Mercedes vehicles and their services. Our Service Consultant is Mrs. Ellen Tackett and she is the best. We have been working with her for some years now and hopefully will be doing so years to come. However, as retired U. S. Army vehicle maintenance officers our main concerns are that we have to accept the service mechanics repair analysis without question nor without conversing with him or her. I recently had my starter changed because the mechanic recommended that it was slow. I had no issues with the starter before my B7 service and it sounds the no different after it was replaced. Your repairs prices are not easily chewed, but are easier to swallow after conversing with a Certified Mechanic. Thank you.
