Jesus Valiente, our service consultant,was fantastic with helping us. We were upset and stressed needing service on our 2019 which we have only had 1 1/2 months but he eased our minds and the service department was great.

Went ok, bought a 2016 C 300 they forgot to put the navigation chip in had to go back to the dealer to have that done took two days, other than that ok.

I brought my 300C in for its first routine maintenance. The experience was one of the best I ever had for servicing my car. I was in and out dropping it off, and the car was ready when promised. Dan does a terrific job. Very pleased.
