Antonio was absolutely amazing to work with all around. His customer service skills and product knowledge made choosing Mercedes very easy. It was an extremely different experience than I've ever had walking into a car dealership and I wouldn't do it any other way moving forward. Antonio really set the standards bar high and I look forward to doing business with him in the future! Christian handled the finance portion and was great too! He made sure to answer any questions I had and was very patient and informative as he crunched some numbers and went over a couple of my options with me. I truly don't think I could have asked for a better team to help get me into my new car! Thank you again, Antonio and Christian!

First many thanks to the best service manager in Mercedes not only in Tampa but through out the Bay area Mr. Fernando, who deals with each costumer as VIP and deserves 10 stars. second My service adviser Jaden was very courteous, pleasant, understanding and easy going. I definitely recommend the Service department for any customer who like to keep his Mercedes runs as new.
