Dan Willing is extremely courteous and knowledgeable when I speak about the issues I am having with my vehicle. He does an excellent job and I wouldn’t want any other service manger. It’s because of Dan that I come back to the dealership for service.

My visit was perfect, I brought the GLA to get the prevention collision assist sensor fixed and it was done within the next day.

On my way to work and the tire pressure alert came on. The back right tire was at a 6. Drove my car straight to the dealership & my service representative, Richard Acosta, was there & he immediately took care of my car. I honestly have the best service representative. Mercrdes has my tire available and they replaced it as soon as they could. I thank them very much for being so kind & available to tend to the needs of their clients/customers.
