The delearship (Mercedes of Tampa) and service person (Dave Zupkosky) were awesome. I live in Mexico Beach Fl. After riding out Hurricane Michael I evacuated to Tampa. Due to some issues with my car I called the dealership and they got me right in. When I checked out I was so surprised to find out there were no charges!!! They said the folks in my city had been through enough and there was no charge! Needless to say, I broke down crying!! I just can’t say enough about how wonderful I was treated! Thank you so much for all your help, kindness and professionalism!!
