The service from the staff at Tonbridge was excellent. Would have given an overall excellent if the courtesy car service was available and not discontinued. Not good when we live over 40 minutes away as you have closed our nearest Mercedes place.

I was disappointed that the new car could not be held over for a few days while my wife was in hospital.The sales person that sold me the car did not contact me,I understand that he left the company.I was called on Friday 29th by Callum who had taken over from Sunny,all very stressful given that my wife went into hospital on that day.No problems with Callum during the handover which was lengthy,a difficult position for him taking over from Sunny but a very knowledgeable salesman.
