Josh was brilliant, however I was told the problem would take 5 hours , I took car in at 8.30am . That means I should get it back completed by 2pm ISH ! Well by 11.30 the following day it still was not ready and have booked it in for 17th May for another 5 hours . I have asked for the car to be ready by closing time on 17th . I can’t afford another day off this will be the 3rd trip for same fault. Staff were great , I am just a little disappointed . All best from Gary
