Purchased my previous car from Dartford but sales and after sales staff all had an impolite almost hostile air about them. For this reason I decided to use Tonbridge, even though the branch is further away from home. Have to say the difference in staff is remarkable. Everyone was friendly and welcoming, in particular Connor. He went out of his way to help with all aspects of the process and should be commended for his professionalism. The unveiling of the new car was also a nice touch not offered by Dartford. Will definitely use Tonbridge for all my future needs. Thanks Connor.

Lookers almost lost the sale due to a customer's budget difference of £399 even after contact from the sales agent and the General Manager, an indication of inflexibility. Also the vehicle did not have an appropriate SD card for the navigation system on collection, now waiting for delivery of the card by post.

Am satisfied with overall experience, but am very concerned about trying to contact yourselves and mercedes direct regarding a build fault on the car. Have tried several times to contact but unable to get through to resolve issue.
