As usual the service was excellent and the car is definitely better for its service. My only small comment was the lack of parking when I arrived the whole forecourt was jammed with cars, a number of which were poorly parked making manoverability very difficult. In the end I had to leave my car where was blocking others.A small issue, I know but it need addressing.

This was my first experience of dealing with Mercedes of Tonbridge an on arrival I was looked after by Joshua Curtis who was courteous, professional & helpful at all times. Based on that experience, I wouldn’t hesitate to return to the dealership when I am ready to do so. Joshua is a credit to Mercedes, Tonbridge.

Was told when booking that the car was required for 2.5 hours. On arrival this changed to all day. This could have been very inconvenient. Fortunately on that day there was no problem as I had the use of another vehicle.

Made getting the car really easy. Jordan was really helpful throughout and all communication was timely and accurate. I’ll be back next time I change cars!
