I ordered the car over one year ago. There were some issues on the supply chain which delayed the cars arrival. At every step of the way Jack Heaseman kept me in touch the whole time. It was probably quite difficult for Jack as there was not a huge amout he could tell me. As soon as the car was ready for delivery Jack made every effort to make the process as smooth and professional as possible.

Received excellent service from Jordan Austin who was attentive and very helpful in every way

The staff at the Tonbridge Kent Branch are really friendly and at the same time totally professional. Its is a pleasure to visit the dealership and interact with people that understand your needs or requirements relating to the vehicle.

I did not appreciate the before service sales email identifying costs for future services. This has put me off returning knowing the price will be £800.My car was blocked in its parking space when I picked it up. Although this wasn’t an issue as it was quickly moved, it would be nice if these things were checked in advance.

I would say that the only thing was the car wa cleaned but not the boot

Service carried out and car vleaned both inside and out. I daren't go out in the rain now
