It has taken since last June to get the car booked in for a safety recall which I don’t think is acceptable . Then kept giving me dates when you didn’t have a car to get me to work . Then was told it was £30 , then it wasn’t . Left hand didn’t know what the right hand was doing . On Monday when I eventually took it in 27/3/2023 it was perfect but very dissatisfied with the whole system .

Extended finance on car very straight forward might have been nice to have had the car washed before it was returned

Take longer over the handover of the vehicle & less time on paperwork! I had 60 mins on paperwork & 25 mins in the car.I know information overload is likely but being shown key car features is important as opposed to things I highlighted. You don’t know what you don’t know!

The service from Tonbridge is always very good, staff helpful and friendly and the service is carried out efficiently. The only issue I always have is that there is often not a loan car available. As a carer this always causes logistical issues and should be included as part of my service contract. Other than that I am always pleased to recommend Tonbridge MB.
