Hi there,I really hate to have to do this as generally I'm not one to complain however I feel that on this occasion it's important that you be made aware.After ordering a part on the phone and being told that it would take 5 working days to arrive, I received no update after 7 working days when I had to contact the dealership to find out what was going on... I was then told that the part was ready to collect wheneverwas convenient for me. After checking the parts departments opening hours online 8:00 AM - 6:30 PM I drove half an hour after work to arrive at the dealership at 6:00 PM only to be told that everyone in parts had gone home... I then arrived at 8:30 AM the following morning to collect the part, waited 20 minutes to be told that the part hadn't arrived yet.I chose to purchase said part through Lookers and pay the premium that comes with doing so rather than buying the part second hand as I expected that the service would be better, needless to say im very disappointed.

customer is requesting wheel nuts to be sent to him. a wheel nut was sent but was for a different size wheel and customer is not happy that it has taken from the 12th september to be sent the correct wheel nut. Now raising complaint on the matter to see if anything can be done.

I purchased a new vehicle reg GK63 FHO back in 2013 on a PCP and would like to lodge a claim for the possibility that I was overcharged for my finance (i.e. what were the commission arrangements or was there discretionary commission ?)Could you please get back to me with your thoughts ?

Ivan at initial discussion was great, although I asked to speak to another advisor who had reached out to me following my email - it seemed like he stole another colleague’s lead. after that he was continually ringing me about unsuitable vehicles that didn’t meet my requirements or budget. He tried to tell me the sports bucket seats would be appropriate for my 70year old dad which is who I was purchasing the car for. I ended up going elsewhere and buying a vehicle from Sytner Mercedes Benz instead.

Hi. I have had a note from Mercedes Central to contact you regarding the return of the above vehicle as my contract expires next month.I will be returning the vehicle to you during November. If you could let me have a suitable date and any other details you require from me.Can you please also inform Mercedes Finance to discontinue my monthly direct debit at the appropriate time as my contract hire period expires.I look forward to hearing from you.Many thanks.
