Adam was great from start to finish. This was the first time we had bought a car without seeing it in person, but Adam helped to make the process smooth, quickly answering any questions we had, and promptly sorting out a small number of niggles we had post delivery. Great service!

The overall experience was excellent, Adam was extremely helpful and knowledgeable.

On arrival, parking for visitors proved inadequate. The new model offered for the test drive generally had the specification I was interested in. The unaccompanied test drive, of unlimited duration/mileage, was ideal to enable me to assess the car. Unfortunately, much as I liked the car, only on return did I discover that a heated steering wheel (essential for me for health reasons) is, almost unbelievably, not currently available as an option on this model.
