The vehicle health check reported a problem with the rear subframe that requires "urgent attention". But the part is on back order and could take two months. It a not a problem caused by the dealership but must affect whether people think of buying MB again.

I booked the collect service which worked well for me. All the paperwork was very clear which I like.

hi - I have a G class registration CA70 XCR. it has an intermittent fault with the media/satnav part of the dashboard - it has been serviced twice and each time there was an attempt to rectify the fault. in this instance the car received program updates but the dealership was unable to find what is causing the fault - they discussed with Mercedes head office who would not agree to the replacement of that part of the vehicle. i got the car back last week and this morning its back to its old tricks again where the dash doesn't come on so no radio or satnav etc - it just remains dark aside from oddly the parking camera image works on it. so not sure where to go with this but it isnt ideal for a £180k car. tks mark 07793 661215
