The only things I would say that I do hold any negative feedback would be, I have two tyres on the back both with much differing treads (new and used), however this is deemed within tolerance in terms of MM. I would have thought this would be corrected to match - ie both new.The other would be managing my expectations over mecerdes me or updating/renewing this for at least a year verses this running out bang on 3yrs as my experience will be limited to the pro’s of the service…. Shame as that ‘could be’ chucked in. Esp as I was a cash buyer. Feel free to call me to rectify both the above.

I appreciate that my not having a loan car wasn't entirely your fault (although I'm slightly surprised you have only the one available) and appreciate the warning call the night before plus appreciate that I didn't have to sit there four more than 2.5 hrs while you did the service. Arranging for the car to be collected and returned for the rest of the work was also a bonus. Josh was lovely to deal with - responsive and positive.

Nothing - thankyou - exemplary service

Before the car was returned, Nathan said he would examine the car boot where there appears to be damp. I didn’t receive any update.

I cherish the outstanding way in which the Tonbridge branch deals with their customers. I have no experience of other branches.

Nathan in particular has been unreal in keeping me updated, the car has been in the tonbridge workshop for months awaiting parts.Always willing to take my call or give me timely updates. Much appreciated
