I visited Lookers Tonbridge on 16.1.2023 to book my car in . I had hit a pot hole and wanted to check I had not damaged my wheel or tyre and thrown the tracking out. I was greeted by Nathan who booked my car in for the following day. I took my car in the following day and a health check was completed with the wheel , tyre and tracking checked and video link sent to me . Nathan kept me updated and thankfully there was no damage. Nathan provided excellent customer service. He was friendly , courteous and professional . I have dealt with Nathan many times over the years and I would say he has certainly matured in his role and followed through on all of my concerns. Well done Nathan and thank you
