I would like to acknowledge the salesman John Theobald at the Tonbridge Lookers branch and his professional yet personal approach with me and my partner, he spent the best part of 3 hrs with us, making us feel we were well looked after and that we were fully satisfied with our experience, which we were. This is my first Mercedes and my first time buying from a main dealer and I can say that thanks to John and the manager I will likely be a Mercedes customer for some years to come.

Definately a team effort all staff I came into contact with were very friendly, knowledable and professional. This included Ben who booked me in on the day, Nathan who spoke with me during the day on tje phone to give me an update and Lilly who finally handed the car and paperwork over to me at the end of the day. All in all a great experience as usual.
