Avoid like plague!Bought an approved used GLC from the Tonbridge dealership and had an absolute pathetic experience. The only thing premium is the price they charge and nothing in their service or their attitude to it reflects that. The only thing they are interested in is selling and upselling and have no real interest in the customer experience of doing that. The dealership is almost 2 hours away from home and when I went to inspect the vehicle I had identified issues which I was told will be fixed when I come to pick it up. On the day even very visible scratches were not taken care of. The issues I’ve identified after picking up the car has not been even acknowledged. Even basics are lacking, not fit to be a Mercedes dealership and definitely nowhere near the white glove service you would expect. As others have also mentioned, DO NOT TRUST their MOT as they are mostly fake. Do your own due diligence and expect a wheeler dealer experience. Definitely not worth paying the approved use premium as they are no different from cowboy dealerships. They also delivered the car with petrol level so low that whilst I was there and checking everything with engine on the petrol level warning lights turned on.

The car was in extremely poor condition. During the test drive, a red warning light appeared indicating low tyre pressure on both passenger-side tyres, making the vehicle unsafe to drive. Every panel had visible dents or scratches, suggesting it may have been previously involved in an accident.Although the salesperson insisted they would never sell a car that had been in an accident, several signs raised serious concerns. When the bonnet was shut, it sat noticeably higher on the right side than the left, and both the front bumper and grille showed significant damage. These issues strongly suggested the car had indeed been in a collision, despite the claims made.

Not to good. The car's paintwork does not look too good. On the driver's side door there are mark's where the protective cover was and will not wash off. The rest of the car does not look too good either.
