Hi how are you I see that lovely Mercedes white four wheel drive in the foure court the other day can we make some arrangements so I can itha have it delivered or Could I come and collect the keys today

The car was in extremely poor condition. During the test drive, a red warning light appeared indicating low tyre pressure on both passenger-side tyres, making the vehicle unsafe to drive. Every panel had visible dents or scratches, suggesting it may have been previously involved in an accident.Although the salesperson insisted they would never sell a car that had been in an accident, several signs raised serious concerns. When the bonnet was shut, it sat noticeably higher on the right side than the left, and both the front bumper and grille showed significant damage. These issues strongly suggested the car had indeed been in a collision, despite the claims made.

Very easy to book service,MoT and recall.All dealt with promptly.

Not to good. The car's paintwork does not look too good. On the driver's side door there are mark's where the protective cover was and will not wash off. The rest of the car does not look too good either.

Purchased a GLC from Mercedes-Benz of…Purchased a GLC from Mercedes-Benz of Tonbridge & I must say never again! 3 days after having the car I had to take it in as there were several issues with the car. They kept messing me around, one minute telling me they had to take the engine apart, next minute telling me they don’t need to do that. They kept the car for two weeks! I picked the car back up and after two days of driving it the reverse camera and media functions stopped working. I rejected the car and had to chase them for my refund. They then put the car back on the market for the full asking price, knowing there were issues with it. I went back to BMW where I have never had any issues and treated very pleasantly. I also wrote a complaint to Lookers complaints department which stated with their generic response that they would get back to me within 14 days, it’s been weeks and no response. So many other things in between happened but you get the gist. That’s how much they care about their customers.
