When contacted by the service person with video, I requested the tyre pressure checked as it had previously showed lower in drivers rear tyre. Explained it was difficult to balance, however following the evening i picked up the car, next day my warning light was on for that tyre and it had considerable dropped by 70psi so was not checked as requested.

Firstly Jamie and Conner was very proactive. Sadly the car in the showroom I liked apparently Mercedes cannot sell to the public but for me that’s part of buying experience discussing figure’s seeing if we can come to a deal everybody’s happy with. What’s more of shame the car still sitting in the showroom.

The following day after my service I was driving to Eastbourne and I had a warning on the dashboard that the bonnet was open, I had to slow down until I could find somewhere to stop and reseat the bonnet. I found this rather disappointing as when the driver delivered my car back to me nothing was said and he must have seen the warning on the drive from Tonbridge to Crowborough

Took a little longer than expected for the car to arrive, deposit paid on 19/12/22 and car arrived on site 11th, maybe Christmas delays? Also Mercedes muddied the water with their Jan 2023 launch offers. What appeared to be an exceptional deal in December with limited time offer, literally appeared online a few weeks later. Dealer wasn’t aware of this incoming offer.

Ben Wardrobe went aboveboard to deal with my concerns. Customer service was excellent.

Callum was excellent.

Paperwork was incorrect for the warranty fix.

Really appreciated the dedicated area where I could wait and work on my lap top while the brakes were being replaced on my vehicle.
