There was a issue with the windscreen wipers but this has already been sorted out. BUT, I was very very disappointed with the valeting of the vehicle. For example both leather seats have grime stains and cracked leather, they had crumbs and gunk in the seat crevice. Around the steering wheel centre it was really unclean. The centre console storage had not been cleaned either. When I collected the car I did notice that it hadn't been washed that well either . I know that £11,399 might not be a lot of money for mercedes-benz but it's life savings for me. To have a lovely car has been a dream for quite some time so I am disappointed with the standard of valeting. I appreciate I should have made the salesman aware at the time but we had a long drive back to Cornwall and was more concerned with getting on our way. However John Theobald was more than helpful at the time of purchasing the car.

Booking with Mercedes-Benz in general was painful. Long wait times for phones, my service website not working. Plus would have expected car to be cleaned for the money. On the day experience with service staff was good. Video had no sound though.

I was supprised the car was not washed and hoovered, I also had to chase the condition video 4 days after the service but it has now been provided on a positive the car was collected from my home address

I have brought my last few cars to Tonbridge and have always thought the service process was seamless. Nathan is a credit to your dealership. He has dealt with my last two cars during service and for some other issues under warranty and he never fails to impress.
