I have only praise for my experience with the Tonbridge Mercedes Garage. Nice friendly people to deal with. No problem with collecting the vehicle at MY time slot. Returned vehicle all clean and tidy with all paperwork and receipt for MOT, thank you all very much, see you next year.

Although we have not bought a car, yet, Jack Heasman was incredibly helpful in our search for the right A-Class for us. We test drove an A250, an A35 and an A45S, being able to compare them all thanks to Jack’s hard work. If we can sort a few things at our end, we would most certainly want to be purchasing one of these from Jack and the team at Lookers Tonbridge.

It was not Lookers fault that the booking experience was poor but completely down to Mercedes Me. I called them from my car following the dashboard promp but was always told too busy call later. When I eventually got through the gentleman from Mercedes me said he would get in touch with Lookers and they would call me within 1/2 days. This didn’t happen so I rang Lookers direct and then received good customer service. Mercedes me did not offer good service at all but Lookers Tonbridge did.

Booking arranged, dropped the car off staff friendly and professional, do not make you feel like you are an inconvenience, told how long the work would take, was telephoned when car was ready and on time picked up the car, all very smooth.very well done.
