Minor point, but customer car parking space was limited. Overall happy with the experience so far, ordered vehicle, but yet to collect. Will know more once collected and in possession.

The customer service agents are polite and helpful. The reason why I rate the booking experience not high is because the online booking system not works in such a way that the slot I could confirm online were not exactly available, your customer service team has to call me to reschedule another available slot. I would therefore suggest enabling your online reservation system to always keep up-to-date so that we can really book the slot we prefer successfully via the website.

Excellent customer service. My vehicle was in for a safety recall and software update and the technician undertook a free safety inspection at the same time. It was nice to see the video of the inspection and to have the technician talk me through it. There was a delay in getting the parts from Mercedes-Benz and the dealership had to cancel the original appointment and promised to contact me as soon as they arrived. They were as good as their word and arranged for my vehicle to go in as soon as there was an available appointment. The whole process was very slick and I am looking forward to using the dealership in future for the servicing of my vehicle. I would thoroughly recommend this dealership.
