Just great service, great advice and help with a job for the warranty.

The service staff have done their best to keep the waiting time as short as possible and also the cost of the repair. Very experienced and courteous people.

Vehicle was returned without the keyless go button installed. I had to make three phone calls before it was explained to me that it might be in the cupholder which it was. I would have thought that the delivery driver may have realised that it was missing and also your service reception person should have known where it might have been put by one of your engineers.

Lily was excellent throughout, she mentioned my service was coming up when I popped in back in September/October so it could be booked in early. Everyone was friendly, car service was completely quickly and useful video to see what was going on under the car. All in all a good experience and I’ll be back next time

I used the Express Service for a B1 service and elected to wait at the showroom in Tonbridge. Joanne and her team made me welcome. I found the waiting area to be comfortable with tea and coffee available with easy access to the rest room. My service was completed in the estimated time given.
