Very impressed with Freddie Vernon, Service Advisor, who went beyond the call of duty to assist me when I needed a new tyre and even helped me to fill in an insurance claim form. He has a very pleasant attitude and must be a tremendous asset for Lookers PR!Please thank him for me.

Technician found advisories when doing video safety check. These were not discussed on pick up of car neither was any written advise given. Means i have to contact you to find out more on information regarding advisories. Receptionist was good.
