I am disappointed my new car doesn’t have a wireless charging mat like the car I test drove. After purchasing I was informed this had been taken out due to semi conductor issues. Most other new cars have these, leaving Mercedes’ technology behind its competitors.

Very good service,only bug was having to wait outside for 15 minutes waiting for car to be bought out of the work shop when they said it was ready.

I was impressed that my booking was changed with one day's notice from a drop off and collect at the end of the day to a timed drop off and the work done while I waited.The staff were friendly and helpful.I just tried to submit without ticking the box below. It wasn't possible and my immediate reaction was one of annoyance and simply to delete the survey. Why should I have to agree to my responses being published and/or shared with undisclosed "others"?I will never do another survey for you with this box. Very annoyed.

I did not come down for a test drive . Jack was very good at explaining everything to me . I have decided to wait until the new year to purchase a new vehicle.
