You delivered a new car and the door handle fell off. That inconvenienced me and my family to get the car to you and collect it. 2 day old car, I should not have been inconvenienced. For that only I will chose another make next time, not good enough.

I contacted the dealership twice by email prior to the appointment, both times replying to emails sent to me. Neither email was replied to. I was trying to change the appointment but was not able to as no one responded. Poor customer service.

Jack the sales guy was brilliant! He gave us time and patience. He was greatly knowledgeable and personable….he deserves a big thank you. The only reason he didn’t close the deal was that we decided to go with The Audi we had driven earlier in the day, sorry
