Lady in Reception was great. However, having arrived for my slot an hour or so later I was then advised the wrong part had been ordered so another appointment has had to be made. Not ideal but I appreciate these things happen - but still a little annoying.

Brilliant experience from start to finish, within 5 minutes of turning up at the dealership I was approached by 3 different salesmen asking if I needed any assistance which was great. Jordan (who sold me the car) communicated well throughout the whole process and ensured I got the best deal possible. Top customer service.

It would be nice if the car was cleaned inside and out as an additional benefit for servicing the car with the dealership. This used to happen before COVID not sure why it has not been reinstated.
