I was not happy AT ALL that the car was not Taxed. This was not explained to me and I would not have assumed that it wouldn't have had a year's tax and MOT from a main dealership

The chap who handled my appointment this time was Nathan James. He was impeccable. The lad who completed the service work sheet actually wrongly identified the service reference ---entering A instead of B. Nathan had to sort the out and did so quickly. Just a bit of a nuisance!!

Just want to say Jack Heasman was amazing. From our initial test drive to buying the car. The car was ready for collection within a few days even with a couple of minor fault. I have to say it is always a pleasure dealing with Tonbridge mercedes, from purchasing a car to service.Penny Brice
