The car mats were taken out of my car and i didn't notice until i got home, emailed the dealership about this but no one has got back to me about this & i still need my car mats. Apart from that was very happy.

Disappointed that our Company Credit account had been deleted as we hadnt used it for 6 months, even through we use every year sometime, and we had to reapply and pay by credit card for this service

I was expecting the car to be washed based on comments by the service team ("...your service work is finished. Your car is just being valeted now"). Unfortunately, it was not washed.

The dipping of the nearside mirror when reversing had been interfered with and the mirror wasn't dipping right down so I could see the edge of my drive. The starter button had not been replaced in its correct position.

When booking I was told Tonbridge no longer pick up from home as I have had previously but when I took the car to Tonbridge and queried this with them they said they did!!

I’ve no hesitation whatsoever in commending Jamie Craig, who was my Sales Executive (Tonbridge) throughout the transaction. Although we expect a lot of sales people in their role, I did feel he went above and beyond to help me in securing the appropriate A Class Mercedes.
