Only 3 stars on the Booking Experience because of poor preparation at your end: I studied your excellent video and instructed you August 2nd to have the corroded brake pipe and exhaust replaced 8th September at the MOT appointment. During this appointment you advised me that the parts were not available and could not be fitted until the following day, August 23rd. This was despite the five weeks notice you had. I can only suppose poor communication at your end. This is the only poor experience I have had in 15 years and servicing five Mercedes Benz cars at Rawsons/Lookers. Sorry about that.. but I do firmly intend to remain your client with more MB cars:)

Your sales team are missing a big opportunity with selling cars.I was interested in upgrading my car (which I purchased from you nine years ago) and so walked around the show room and sat in several of the cars.At no time did anyone from your sales team approach me and discuss purchasing. Also, I noted that there were no prices displayed on any of the cars. This is a immediate turn off to a potential purchaser - I.e. ‘they must be expensive, what are they hiding?’ Some improvements here!
