It is quite difficult to understand the technicians when they speak on the video so I didn't catch that they decided to change all tyres. I had been to Kwikfit two days prior who we are meant to use and they had said they would all pass the MOT. However it's a leased vehicle and good tyres are paramount to my safety so thank you for giving me the best start possible for the winter. It drives completely differently!Can anyone please explain what is meant by Road Wheel Slightly Distorted? There are so many potholes the damage would be from that but I don't want to be charged when the vehicle is returned.The ladies on the service desks are lovely. Huge asset to the Tonbridge branch
