Booking is a pain. I was phoned to book an MOT but was asked personal questions which I wouldn’t answer. So I had to call the dealer (and was asked the same questions). Quite why I had to confirm my name and address is a puzzle.

Fantastic service. At the time of booking, via the call centre, I was advised the car needed to go in asap, but the garage could not offer a collection service for four weeks. This makes things difficult for me. When dropping off my car I asked without any expectations if they could deliver it back to me. Beverley and Freddie pulled out all the stops and to my absolute delight they managed to fulfil my request. I am truly grateful.
