The health check video had no sound. Also I had negotiated a price on the MOT of £45.00, but when I came in to collect my vehicle an amount of £54.85. Was being asked for. Plus when I booked my vehicle in I mentioned that I had a hospital appointment and that I needed to collect the car around 1.00 pm. This was also not communicated on my file and I had to phone in to again reiterate my request as the e mail sent mentioned that my car would be ready to collect at the end of the day. All in all special requests should be noted on the customer file so that everyone is aware of these requests. But overall experience was very good.

The lady I booked my vehicle in with really wasn't customer focused, a recall is an inconvenience for your customer, she did not seem to think that my time is important. I expect much better from Mercedes Benz, Audi always arranged a vehicle thought you guys would have been the same.
