I think communication could be better rather than me chasing. With the amount of money spent it would be better if a loan car is on offer considering I live 20 miles away and trains keep striking. Comparing this to the Ford plan I had that was actually a better experience.

Would like to stay with Mercedes but get told different things every time I go into a dealership will have to go to another make of car after years with Mercedes, service has never been a problem.

Bev was amazing and very helpful. I have been using Mercedes Maidstone for years and never satisfied with the service or communication. I moved over to using Tonbridge which isn’t my closest garage, but given the service I wouldn’t look back.They have already spotted an error Maidstone made in recording my last service and have rectified this without issue.
