Personal decisions have to align before we come to a purchase decision coupled with cost alternative and relative value for money. Having looked at the EQS and to compare to. Diesel S it is hard to justify the price difference there or say compared to a Tesla. Lots to consider.

I was waiting for a command control unit for 4 months. At no time has anyone apologised for the unit either being required on a 2 year old car or for the long wait.

It was strange to receive a phone call from mercedes to advise me that one of my tyres was on 3 and the legal limit was 1.6 but you would recommend a new tyre!!! It would cost me £150 when I can get the same tyre from ATS for under £100 and the tyre was still 1.4 over the legal limit. Not appreciated
