Problems crop up and are frustrating however they have been dealt with very promptly and the team are extremely personable.

I've had a stroke so Mercedes staff arranged for my car to be picked up for its M.O.T. The car was also delivered to me afterwards. I didn't expect this service. You are the greatest!

Excellent service from Jamie and really liked the car. Only reason we didn't buy was price (there are 3/4 options where comparable cars are available at other dealerships for 6%+ cheaper).

Small point, but the car wasn’t cleaned. Not sure if that’s because it went in for a warranty claim instead of a service?

The only negative comment I have regarding my service is when you call for an update you can never get through. In the end I had to go to the dealership to get an answer.During my service it flagged up that I had to change my tyre, when I went to do this my locking wheel nut was no where to be found. I tried to call the dealership to see where they had put it or if they had even put it back, but I was unable to get an answer, which is going to result in another visit back down to them to get this rectified.Everything else I was happy with.

Video explained I needed 2 new tyres, but was not called or offered them. Very strange
