Helpful throughout the entire process

Our sales person Jordan was an absolute professional from our initial meeting to discuss options to handing over the keys to our new Mercedes GLC Coupe, a true credit to the Lookers franchise and indeed to Mercedes.

I was extremely pleased with the purchasing process and the support and help from the salesman I dealt with. Regretfully there were some problems with the vehicle most of which were due to a lack of inspection during the preparation for sale, namely tyre caps missing, missing parts from the tool kit and chip on the windscreen. All of these were swiftly managed to completion by the salesman. An engine light coming on a day after purchase was quickly resolved in the workshop but problems with the air conditioning found at the time of purchase are still to be rectified as parts are on back order.

I brought my car in because the rear camera was not working I was quoted about £970 to repair it so took it to a local Mercedes specialist & had it repaired for £240 saying it was not the camera but faulty wiring that was too tight so every time you open & shut the boot the wires frayed so this was a fault with the manufacture.Just glad I did not have the work done at Tonbridge.

I am always confident about the level of service received by the team members of both the Service Department, and indeed the Reception staff. They are extremely friendly and caring in their attitude towards the customer and the overall experience expected of a Lookers Mercedes Benz customer. Would not take my car anywhere else.
